A welcome dry course and a gentle westerly crosswind greeted 15 riders taking the start line this week, with the improved conditions showing on the timesheets.
First on the road this evening was Annoushka Lingham, who recorded a PB time of 28m05s, which also took her to the top step of the podium in the female veterans category.
First time time-triallist Brad Fraser posted a highly credible 25m00s on his maiden attempt, which was also the fastest road bike time of the evening, while Lisa Cheesman continued her run of PBs with a further best time of 25m31s.
At the sharp end of the timesheet, sub 23 minute rides were recorded by both Nick Hall (22m32s) and Cy Gearing (22m22s), the fastest times of the evening.
