Fastest once again was Adrian Beer in 22.13. Non members Andrew Knowles and Cy Gearing both rode personel bests, with Andrew pipping Cy by one second with times of 23.05 and 23.06 respectively. A great ride from Andrew considering he was trying a friend’s ex-Team Sky Pinerello Graal,for the first time which wasn’t set up to his liking and had only 80psi in the tyres! Fastest lady was Jennie Tillot in 26.29, followed by Sarah Kelman in 27.50 and Cece Hime in 28.05. Fastest junior was Max who had indicated before the start he would beat father Leo for the first time, and delivered on that promise also taking 40 seconds off his previous best. An outstanding ride given the slower conditions! Father and son, Angus and Chris rode a 2up, and although slower than Angus would usually ride, that was Chris’s quickest time by some way. Also well done to Nick Smith for riding his first club TT for a few years.
