The club had another successful weekend.
At the very frosty 10th round of the Eastern Region cyclocross league in Colchester, Orla Kenna continued her strong form coming 1st in the U12 girls race. Nathan Gibson came 8th in the Junior male race
At the 9th round of the Central Region cyclocross at RAF Halton 8 members of the club braved the cold to race on this picturesque course.
Cecilia Hime and Beatrice Pauley both got to practice their cross county running skills whilst shouldering their bikes after they punctured mid race. Their grit and determination meant they both pulled off 2nd place in the Junior Female race and U14 girls race respectively. Dominic Pauley came 4th in the U12 boy’s race, Ralf Falkner was 5th in the U14 boys race, Max Falkner came 10th in the U16 boys race, Josh Ibbett was 10th in the Senior male race, Tim Phillips came 39th and Leo Falkner was 44th in the Veteran Male 40-49 race.
