Go Ride had a great start to the new year on a bright and frosty day at round 16 of the Eastern Region Cyclocross league at Trinity Park in Ipswich today. Eight of the team achieved a top 10 finish.
The girls dominated the podiums with Beatrice Pauley, age 12, coming 1st girl in the U14 race and Orla Kenna, age 9, coming 2nd girl in the U10 race. Cecilia Hime and Holly Hoy battled it out in the Junior Women’s race with Hime, age 16, coming 2nd and Hoy, age 16, coming 3rd.
Sapphire Curtis, age 12, came 4th in the U14 girls race and Nathan Gibson, age 15, came 7th in the U16 youths race. Dominic Pauley, age 10, came 8th in the U12 boys race and Angus Lawrence, age 13, came 10th in the U14 boys race. Samuel Smith, age 8, came 11th in the U10 boys race and Edward Lawrence, age 11, came 17th in the U12 boys race.
